Client & Booking Policy – The Engineer Barbershop

Appointments

By booking an appointment, you agree to arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes may be allowed at our discretion. Late arrivals may result in shortened service or cancellation.

Deposits & Payments

A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment. By providing payment details, you authorize The Engineer Barbershop to charge applicable fees in accordance with this policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service price.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a no-show fee of up to 100% of the booked service and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Refund Policy

All services are final. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us before leaving the shop so we can make reasonable adjustments.

Service Guarantee

We strive to deliver high-quality results; however, outcomes may vary based on hair type, condition, and client preferences.

Liability

The Engineer Barbershop is not responsible for:

  • allergic reactions to products
  • pre-existing scalp or skin conditions
  • personal belongings lost or damaged

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
